It was pretty much a waste of time. They try to set up a python/flask/sqllite project real time in the interview. Interviewer had no clue on how "windows" works as he claimed to be a "mac" guy. Tried to send me a zip file with initial project setup in email. The email never arrived so we wasted at least 15 mins staring at the screen until he decided to upload it somewhere and send me a link. After another 15 mins, this guy left abruptly. We had 1 hr 30 mins reserved for the interview. Such a shame, why not ask a leetcode question like everyone else, and/or send this as a take home assignment? The weird part is, this is not their tech stack, so interviewers also struggle with getting the setup working. Please stop wasting candidate's time.
