After replying to a Monster post for the position, I was shortly contacted and given a personality test to fill out. Recieved a call the day after filling out for a short screening/phone interview. Was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 interview which was truly dreadful. Checked in and the interviewer was late and very uninterested from the beginning. This was probably my problem, but still, this does not put people at ease. He went through random questions that were simple and then he gave me what to expect. During my answers to his questions the interviewer would look around, rub his eyes, anything but show he was paying attention. Afterward he told me to contact him if I wanted to take the next step. Gave him a call the next day, he didn't pick up, I didn't care. That was that.
