The initial communications were via a corporate recruiter. After a brief phone interview, I was invited for a formal interview. After arriving (on time, of course) for the interview and checking in with the receptionist, I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for the interviewing manager to "show up." I was just getting up to leave when he arrived. A professional organization is mindful of everyone's time and not just theirs. Very unimpressed upon initial impression.
