My initial interview (for Sales Associate) was standard. Met with Store Manager and asked regular interview questions. For the Sales Lead interview the GM called and the questions were more in depth.

The interviewer, who was the store manager, described the job and asked a few questions, she hired me, but when I started the job, it was so different than what she said. Every day she asks for more and more with little pay. I ended up leaving the company.
