Child Mind Institute Software Generalist interview questions

Very unprofessional. I went through three rounds with a month's gap in between them. The last interview was with a panel. To me, it seemed they were not very serious as one of the panellists was having his food during the interview. I waited for a month to know about the outcome, and I had to write to them asking about the decision. The only positive aspect in the entire process was the HR team who responded when I contacted them. The HR was not a member of Child Mind Institute (was a third party). There was no feedback provided.
