The interview process was clear and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening to review my background, Salesforce certifications, and experience with projects in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, industry-specific clouds, and custom development (Apex, LWC, integrations).
The next round was a technical interview with a Senior Developer/Architect, which included deep-dive questions on platform architecture, coding standards, governor limits, asynchronous processing, and API integrations. A short coding exercise was also included to test hands-on skills.
This was followed by a project-focused discussion with a Delivery Lead or Practice Head, where I was asked about my past projects, client interaction experience, and ability to work on complex multi-cloud implementations often seen in boutique environments.
Finally, there was a culture-fit and expectations discussion with one of the Partners or Directors — they emphasized collaborative culture, learning mindset, and ownership.
Overall, a very smooth process with a strong focus on real-world Salesforce consulting skills.
