CohnReznick Tax Intern interview questions

The interview process was face to face. I was interviewed by two different partners and I was asked many different questions. Some questions had some overlap in order to see if I would answer similarly to the same question asked by different partners. The interview process was not difficult but you do have to be prepared to answer a variety of questions . Practice with a friend and make sure you are comfortable speaking with partners.

Very calm and conversational. I wasn't asked any behavioral questions. Two managers interviewed me separately and both asked "tell me about yourself" and "why tax". You spend a good amount of time learning about the firm and its culture also
