Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. Customer Service Representative interview questions

First receive a phone call and phone interview. The next step is an in person interview at the office. The process is quite fast and the questions were not very tough.

The process started with a huge presentation (with about 12 people,) a pyramid scheme instead! The job postings are entirely bogus! This job is a door to door recruiting position to recruit other businesses to use their life insurance. Oh yeah, they’ll say anything to get you to join; however, my friends you must not give in to their lies! Did I mention it gets even better? They don’t also provide you with a company vehicle and get this! You have to supply your gas! Half of the people in the room walked out, including me. I am taking the time to monitor multiple job sites to report and inform others what I experienced. I am also planning on contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) demanding that Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. either modify their job ads to match what they are genuinely hiring for or delete their job postings!
