The interview process is very informative and I felt like everyone I met was extremely helpful and truthful. I had two interviews with a recruiter, one being a more introduction call. She was able to help answer a lot of my questions and explain the role very clearly. I was then set up to speak with direct leaders on the team and they were able to tell me the pros and cons about the role. Cons meaning the challenge of it. I really appreciated that.

I had a great interview process with CompHealth Locums! It does take a bit, but it's worth it! I appreciated how transparent the recruiter and sales managers were during the interview on what is expected of you and the overall process. It's nice when you aren't fed false information to just convince you to accept an offer if given. They did ask questions that made you think, but I don't consider that a bad thing!
