It first starts out with registering on their website and completing a resume/application. Next, you have to complete a 3 part timed test. 1st part is about your personality. Next is scenario questions with best and worst answers. 3rd is a math test. If those answers are sufficient, then you get asked to go into a video interview. I believe it’s around 10 questions. This is you talking into a video camera not a virtual interview with another person. My guess is if this video interview is sufficient, the will get asked to do a person to person interview. I haven’t gotten invited to this yet. My guess is this last part is a formality. The interview process at this point is probably done.

I put in an application with my resume, afterwards you are sent an email to do an initial assessment and one way video interview ( which is where they ask you questions and you respond via video ). After this step I was invited to a group interview on Zoom. They tell you about the company, ask you to introduce yourself and then ask some questions, the interview was 2 hours long and they stated they do not expect everyone to answer every question because there are multiple people in the interview, but they do want to hear from everyone at least once. They go over some final information after all questions and then tell you they will send you an email with an offer if you are selected.
