Initial interview is answering written questions with recorded video responses, bit odd but simple. I will say the company were very fast to contact, invite for interview, confirm successful to the next stage and then had a interview with a person. The lady interviewing did not have her camera on but was fine for me to have mine off as well and was generally very friendly; asked some scenario based questions irrelevant to the job and also asked me what hours I'd applied for... overall good interview... I was then the next working day offered a position. I live 6 hours away and they mentioned remote role or not that may expect you to attend the office, they would not confirm how often this was and simply said "not often" which for me is not an option more than a few times a year therefore I chose to decline the offer. The offer itself was simply an online log in that said base salary and accept it decline... no hours, bonuses that were mentioned on the phone etc., expectations were in the offer. Due to this I declined as there is not enough clarity.

Initial checks completed with talent team; 5 competency based questions, which you have 2 minutes to record your answers (no-one interviews you). A group assessment (if you don't contribute, you won't be considered). Pretty juvenile approach and for a specialist role, the salary is poor. Quantity over quality is obviously their business model, which only leads to poor colleague retention and high turnover, not for me.
