Interview
Online interview via Teams but the recruiter's camera was not on so it was basically a telephone interview. It was very relaxed and friendly with some pre-employment screening questions and information to begin with. This was followed by competency questions which were not difficult.
Friendly open and honest interviewer who confirmed the side of the business I had applied to work for was up for sale, so they would understand if I no loner wished to continue with my application due to the uncertainty. This was the reason I declined their offer but credit to them for their honesty.
