I want to firstly applaud the HR rep, very attentive and personable. Gave me a chance after an initial screen failing. After I passed the phone call, had an interview with the hiring manager. I don't expect much in these interviews, but I left a bit in shock with a bad experience. I've wanted to work there for years but this was a huge turn off. When I asked at the end what the KPIs are for the first 6 months, the manager responded with "we hire and fire fast". Not the answer to my question, just a really unpleasant way to tell me I'm not a fit. Regardless of weather I was a match or not, this is no way to treat a candidate who took the time to interview.
