I interviewed at Connecteam (Austin, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
I scheduled a recruiter meeting on March 26. I had a great intial interview with the recruiter, but never had any follow up until about 2 weeks later. They called me out of the blue and started the entire interview over again. After the 2nd interview I was provided with an assessment that took 2 hours to complete. About a week later I received a rejection email saying I didn't bring the assement to life. I did enjoy doing the assessment however there were some missing details, like creating an account using my personal details and getting calls from their sales team during the assesment after creating the demo account.
