That was one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL interviews I ever had.
The first interview was set for 30 minutes in Zoom, at the end it took her only 6 minutes and 5 questions.
The interviewer opened the interview with no explanation on the company nor on the position and asked me as the first question why do I want to work for Connecteam.
Well, you are not Google/Apple/Amazon, so after 20 seconds with you I still don't know if I want to work for Connecteam.
The interviewer gave the feeling as if she wished to be elsewhere, she did not ask me anything about my qualifications or experience, with which functions did I work with or which projects I led.
Of course it was a clear no for her, based on what? God knows. But even so, out of respect for the candidates, when you set a 30 minutes interview, you should stay longer than 6 minutes, it's a basic interviewer rule.
If you believe the above reflects anything about the marketing department or the company, then it's a red flag.
