      Customer Experience Advocate Interview

      Jun 7, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Connecteam (New York, NY) in Jun 2024

      Interview

I had an eight-minute Zoom call with the recruiter who was located in Isreal. She led me to believe that they would be following up with an assessment that involved answering questions about one of their product features. The next day I received a rejection email. I was hoping the negative reviews about the interview process were an exaggeration but, sadly, they are not. You absolutely cannot determine if someone would be a good fit in an eight-minute meeting. I am more than qualified for this role and would have been an excellent addition to your team. Such a shame, because I really liked their product. Their loss.

      Question 1

The only question: Tell me about yourself.
