Interview
I had read the other reviews but chose to continue with my process because the product seems great. Interviewer sent a last minute invite, the night before the interview and the interview was at 6am on a Monday. The interview was so short she had already made up her mind about me not being a good fit. Interviewer lacked personality and probably only interviewed me to get it out of the way. Didn't ask me anything despite me background being exactly what they claim they were looking for. The interview process usually gives me insight on how the company will treat you while working there and ultimately the person they have representing the company is cold, unprofessional and not friendly at all. After talking to a few people who work there I got insight that this is quite common feedback.
Submitted my resume through LinkedIn and they got back to me. First interview was a zoom interview asking basic surface level questions. Person couldn’t really answer my questions about the actual job itself. Next step was an AI interview they only provided a basic video that wasn’t very helpful. Then you had 2 attempts to do it. I did them based on all the info in the video but when they got back they said I didn’t go into enough depth to get the next interview. I personally think this wasn’t fair due to the lack of info they provided before hand they excepted so much more than what they actually provided.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why sales? Why Connecteam? Why are you looking to leave current job?
I recently completed a home test with an AI prospect. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass. The recruiter, however, was extremely kind and supportive throughout the process, which made the experience much more positive. While I didn’t get the result I was hoping for, I see it as a great learning opportunity and a chance to keep building my skills for the next challenge.
