After a phone call with the recruiter, I had a first design interview with one of the teach leads of Connecteam I needed to talk about a project I did and he asked questions about it and tried to scale it and improve it
I didn't pass the first interview because the questions were mostly on scale, rate limit, and stuff like that and I wasn't that familiar with it to explain it good. I asked for feedback but didn't get one.
Overall process was smooth and well organized. Completed five interviews: two online, two onsite, and one HR call. Passed all stages. Interviewers were professional, respectful, and genuinely very pleasant throughout.
