I had a great experience with the hiring process. Even though it had a lot of steps (4 interviews, 1 assessment, and 1 in-person meeting before getting the offer), everything moved really fast. From my first HR interview to the offer, it was only three weeks, and I usually got a response within 1-2 hours after each interview. HR was SUPER supportive throughout the process. They were always available, gave me all the information I needed at every stage, and answered my questions right away. The interviews were very detailed, with lots of in-depth questions and examples, but they were always clear and honest about expectations. Overall, it’s a process that requires preparation. Be ready for lots of questions and to provide multiple examples, but you’ll feel supported the whole way through. They’ll keep you posted and won’t leave you hanging!
