I applied online. I interviewed at Connecteam (Tel Aviv)
Interview
In the HR screening call there was a massive gap between my expected salary and their budget. When asked what my minimum was, I mentioned what I made 3 years previously and that was still too high for them. In my experience and according to many colleagues, this appears to be significantly under market value for what they seek. They refused to mention their range but I can say it was lower than 20k NIS
Submitted my resume through LinkedIn and they got back to me. First interview was a zoom interview asking basic surface level questions. Person couldn’t really answer my questions about the actual job itself. Next step was an AI interview they only provided a basic video that wasn’t very helpful. Then you had 2 attempts to do it. I did them based on all the info in the video but when they got back they said I didn’t go into enough depth to get the next interview. I personally think this wasn’t fair due to the lack of info they provided before hand they excepted so much more than what they actually provided.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why sales? Why Connecteam? Why are you looking to leave current job?
I recently completed a home test with an AI prospect. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass. The recruiter, however, was extremely kind and supportive throughout the process, which made the experience much more positive. While I didn’t get the result I was hoping for, I see it as a great learning opportunity and a chance to keep building my skills for the next challenge.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Connecteam in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process at Connecteam was exceptionally professional and efficient. Throughout every stage, I was kept well informed about the current status and next steps, with no unnecessary delays along the way. What stood out most was the sense of mutual respect; it truly felt like the hiring team wanted me to evaluate them just as much as they were evaluating me.
Having previously served as a hiring manager myself, I can confidently say that the Connecteam recruitment team sets the standard. They met, and exceeded, every benchmark for a well-structured and candidate-centric hiring process.
