Applied online and got phone screening request about two weeks later. Did the phone screen with a recruiter, zoomed with the hiring manager, and then zoomed with two colleague coordinators. The third stage was scheduled for 45 minutes, but they only had enough questions to fill about 15 minutes of time. After three stages, got an automated message saying I was not moving forward. The message was akin to a rejection for an application, not a candidate who did three stages of conversations. I asked for feedback and heard crickets. Whole experience was transactional with no semblance of passion or interest in myself as a candidate or their growth as a company, and they say they're looking for the recruiting coordinator to build relationships -- I hope they can achieve some semblance of that.
