The process started by HR reaching out to schedule a phone conversation. The phone conversation was informative and we talked through prior experience on a high level. Then, I was scheduled for an interview. The interview was with two managers/supervisors that were on a "hiring committee". Neither of the interviewers were the hiring manager/supervisor. I was informed they would take their interview notes to a weekly hiring meeting where they then would speak with the hiring manager and provide their input based upon the interview.
