Initially, I was approached by Currys internal Talent team to see if I was interested in applying, and the offer looked good, so I went for it.
There was a 2 stage interview and in the final interview, i was asked to design and deliver a 30-minute presentation. The leadership seemed to be pragmatic and enjoy the interview. It would be great to work in a company that claims to be tech focused and invest in employees.
Since the 2nd interview, I've turned down another role as I felt Currys was a better fit.
Annoyingly I've been ghosted by the internal HR rep with only a 'quick update' since to say that more people internally had applied than was expected, so i can only assume I've not been offered the role.
Throughout, I found that communications were spectacularly poor, with no phone numbers, no reply to emails or LI messages.
