I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Darktrace (Singapore) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview went relatively smooth and advisory on the same time. The interviewer was highly professional and he asked excellent questions. In addition, he explained in-depth how the company works and areas for possible expansion in future careers.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Darktrace in Jan 2025
Interview
I was originally told that the interview process would consist of three interviews, but it changed to a four-stage process:
1. Recruiter screen
2. Manager interview
3. Two colleague interviews
4. Sales Manager interview
The experience felt positive through the first three stages. However, after not hearing back for three weeks, I was ghosted and asked to do another interview.
During the last interview, I encountered technical issues, and I later received a generic email stating that I had been rejected. The email did not provide any specific feedback regarding my soft skills or engagement, which left me confused. What does that even mean? I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
Recruiter - Intro about yourself.
Recruiter sends your resume and update to the HM. And the HM approves to move forward or deny.
