The in person interview process was relaxed and did not focus on technical skills. The interview process was with 5 different employees/managers to get an idea of if you fit in with the organisation culture.

Mostly asked about your past work experience and how you are as a person
Zoom interview. They gave me a test about general statics and structures problems. I was surprised. The guy on the other end was very easy to talk to. Would interview again.

Pros: Interview went well. They were really nice to ask and explain deeply what if you get hired. Also, I enjoyed talking with them.

First interview is over the phone. That was a quick chat to get to know you. Second interview was a very long interview process, but everyone is super nice and they want to get to know you as a person and your experience to see if you are qualified!
