Starts with a phone interview. when they bring you in, they have you take the IQ portion of the Wonderlic test. After that you meet with the HR manager for an hour or so. If they like you they pass you up to the Project Manager who doubles as a trained interviewer. Before you get there, they have you take the BERKE Assessment at your house. It's about two hours long and extremely comprehensive. If the first Project Manager like you then he or she will pass you on to another Project Manager that you may likely work under for a third interview. If he or she likes you then they request an interview with you spouse called a Key Influencer Meeting. They told me I was a high level applicant, they seen no issues in hiring me for the position, and that I was ten times more prepared than other candidates. When it was time for my to receive the job offer, they called me and told me there was no position available and put me on a waiting list to be hired at a later date.

Phone interview as a result of a career fair, in person interview with a previous builder, personality and skills test in addition to in person interview on a separate day, brief meeting to discuss my results followed by follow up questions in regards to results on a 3rd day, email of no offer.
