Interview
First is screen interview, pretty easy, HR told me right after that I was selected for next round. Then came the interview with the manager, basic questions, why Deel, why tech, KPIs etc. 3rd round was a role-play, didn't make it after. Too bad I just got ghosted after that and they didn't answer my emails or Linkedin messages to get a feedback.

Lengthy but was a great opportunity to learn and understand the scope of how the recruitment process is done. The opportunity to get to the final stage gave me more insight and will definitely help future applications.

I have only passed the first-round HR screening interview so far. The HR representative was extremely warm and amiable throughout the conversation. The entire interview process was well-structured, and all the questions raised were professional and pleasant. I had an overall wonderful experience, and I’m eagerly looking forward to advancing to the subsequent interview stages.
