*To be hired as a consultant you must first get hired by a client* A recruiter reached out to me and we had a screening call to discuss what I was looking for in a new job. At the end of that conversation we exchanged my resume for a job description. Once I confirmed my interest in the position, the original resume that I provided was altered by the recruiter to match the Delta Capita standard format. This new resume was passed to the client. For the client, there was a virtual interview followed by an in person interview and an excel knowledge test.

Interview process consisted of 4 rounds of interviews, which the recruiter did not give heads up on. recruiter did not properly follow up with the interview outcome via email or call, which was frustrating.
