A recruiter reached out to me and we had a screening call to discuss what I was looking for in a new job. At the end of that conversation we exchanged my resume for a job description. Once I confirmed my interest in the position, the original resume that I provided was altered by the recruiter to match the Delta Capita standard format. This new resume was passed to the client.
For the client, there was a virtual interview followed by an in person interview and an excel knowledge test.
