I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Demandbase in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The standard interview process they have in the industry. HR call followed by Hiring Manager call and then the virtual on-site. They move rather quickly.
The company culture seemed to be really nice where hiring managers are really active. Loved the process as they care more about your concepts rather than the purely FAANG style Leet Code questions you must complete. Most of the interviewers were really collaborative and easy to talk to. HR was also very responsive and supportive throughout the process.
