I got interview by the Lead. He seems not fully knowledgeable on the process in the manufacturing industry. He dont know some proper terms that being used in the manufacturing and keep saying “what is that?” and “I dont understand what you are saying”. If you been working in the electronics manufacturing area for years, you should easily understand the proper terms and terminologies. He seems insecure.

Interviewed with two people. They didn't even read my resume and weren't interested in the beginning. The interviewer seems annoyed all the time. Kept blowing smoke and rolling eyes and didnt seem to care. And asked some condescending questions. Very unprofessional.

Started with a sterile application form with excessively detailed questions (more information than is necessary in an application) and no freedom to add free text. They provided no way to discuss the role prior to applying: "Just read the description and apply." The role description didn't actually cover the key skill that was discussed in the I/V and was the reason given for not progressing.
