Had a phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes. Phone screen was very conversational and easy-going. The onsite interview was very long - even for an entry level position like Recruiting Coordinator, I was onsite for nearly four hours. The people that I met with seemed more interested in telling their own stories than learning about me. I was asked a series of questions related to my background and experiences, these questions were not difficult. I was asked the same questions in every one on one interview - it got very repetitive and I was tired and ready to go by the end of it.

Whey recruiting? Why Dropbox? There is a quiz where they ask you to schedule an onsite interview based on the interviewer's calendars - was not super difficult if you have done RC work before. You were then asked to explain your reasoning - which was pretty straight forward.

Overall great process and experience. It took about 2 -3 weeks. A recruiter from a staffing agency reached out on Linkedin and we had an informational call, I then had a 45 minute interview with a recruiting manager - was very straightforward and more of a conversation. Next I was brought onsite, given a tour and everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. for Had 3 back to back 30 minute interviews - the last one included a scheduling exercise and situational questions. All easy and very applicable to the RC role.
