I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dropbox (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
My resume was submitted internally by a friend and then I was contacted for a phone interview/skype interview. The skype interview was not working so we switched to a phone interview. They asked basic questions about why I wanted to work at dropbox and questions related to the role to see if I was a good fit. I thought the interview went really well, but was then sent an email a week later saying that I was not a good fit for the company and they were not going to continue the application process with me.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dropbox in Oct 2021
Interview
Phone screen with the hiring manager followed by a panel onsite. My interview was about 2.5 hours in total, split up between five 30 minute interviews. Not crazy, but longer than others I have heard of.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dropbox (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Overall great process and experience. It took about 2 -3 weeks. A recruiter from a staffing agency reached out on Linkedin and we had an informational call, I then had a 45 minute interview with a recruiting manager - was very straightforward and more of a conversation. Next I was brought onsite, given a tour and everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. for Had 3 back to back 30 minute interviews - the last one included a scheduling exercise and situational questions. All easy and very applicable to the RC role.
