Interview
4 step interview. 1st stage was a general telephone chat, non-technical. Then an invite for a face to face, this was two hours long in two stages. 1st hour were the line mangers asking non-technical competency questions, mostly around team fit and thier approuch to problems from a individual perspective. 2nd hour was technical questioning regarding the role, was made to feel relaxed.
