For me, the process began with outreach from Michelle Chavez. After connecting, we had a couple of open and direct conversations that gave a clear overview of the opportunity. I was then introduced to Johnathan for a deeper discussion around the role and local territory, which was detailed and informative. From there, I met with the local team in person, including the GM, Brett Rymer. Each step of the process was conversational and engaging while still focused on mutual qualification. The team was transparent about expectations and took the time to answer questions thoroughly. Overall, the process was professional, straightforward, and well-structured. The openness and clarity from everyone involved were key factors in my decision to accept the role.
