Erie Home Sales Representative interview questions

I wasn't exactly sure about this company the interview was me meeting with the office manager where he told me how successful he is though it didn't make a ton of sense I didn't get a clear idea of day to day schedule and how the commissions are paid out. Their office goals didn't make sense. And at the end of the interview the manager told me they only want killers who can make decisions on the spot. I told them I'd like to explore my options.

I arrived for the interview 10 minutes early. They had me wait there for 45 minutes. The guy who was originally going to interview me never showed up so I interviewed with another guy. They are not a good company. They expect you to sell a $20,000+ roof in one meeting with your customer through aggressive sales tactics.
