Ettain Group Recruiting interview questions

Long process. Three interviews. Friendly staff, just trying to get to know me rather in the later interviews rather than the first which asked several generic interview questions.

First I had a phone interview with a woman from HR in the HQ office in Charlotte. I was then asked to go to Reston, for four 1:1 interviews a week later. A couple of days later I was asked to go down and give a presentation then interview with a couple more people that were higher up in the Reston office. I then had two separate phone interviews after that with the head in Reston and the direction of recruiting in the Charlotte office. Long, drawn out process.
