Contacted by HR via Linkedin. First interview with HR representative. They explained me the job offer and I asked some questions that weren't clear. Second interview with IT deparment, basic questions nothing out of ordinary. Third interview with IT director. The job offer was slightly different than in the beginning, because they changed the company structure. The company seems a bit of a mess, from IT point of view, and they were looking for somebody to fix it.
