What a waste of time! Had to go into the city for an in-person interview with one of their recruiters (which was fine). The meeting itself was upbeat and enjoyable and I was excited to be represented by Creative Circle. It seemed like they'd be able to find me some pretty interesting work! Recruiter promised that he'd be writing up a bio on me to be sent out to other recruiters and clients and he'd be sending it over to me for review. Nothing. Was told of all the great opportunities he had in mind for me. Nothing. Seriously this company was the biggest waste of my time. I found a fulltime job on my own.

Luck of the straw based on a recruiter reading your profile. Fantastic once you are matched with a recruiter but can take several years in order to. Doesn't seem there is a streamlined process if you have an assignment and need a change so it's as if you're back to waiting on luck again.

Very well structured. Easy to schedule and clear follow up instructions. Be prepared to answer questions about your portfolio and any certification you hold. Two interviews and a background check before next steps. They are a temp agency so the proces a will be ongoing once they accept you into their agency.
