Interview
First was an over the phone interview. Then a face to face interview. They don't focus so much on your resume but they focus heavily on your attitude and drive to learn the business.

It was thorough and asked questions relating to character as well as job experience. Was conducted over several interviews and was clear and concise. Response time was within 2 weeks.

Prima si fa il colloquio con l'agenzia, successivamente con il capo filiale e poi con il responsabile del reparto nel quale hanno pensato di inserirti.
Con l'offerta arrivano anche tutta una serie di requisiti e di questionari sulle esperienze precedenti che verranno verificate da una società esterna e poi si dovrà consegnare anche fedina penale.

interview process very easy, i do not remember at all the questions but know it was easy one. You have a HR interview through phone first, then if you are selected you will have interview with managers
