After submitting my application, I was asked to answer questions through HireVue, which is an online video interview website. Next, I received an email to do a brief 30 minute phone screening. This phone call covered the basics and reviewed my resume. Next, I was asked to do three 30 minute phone interviews which dove deeper into my resume and covered more behavioral questions.

It was a referral and process to get interviewed took more than 2 weeks. I did not get any onsite interview call. They emailed me again and told me will come back to me in 1 week but never called.

The interview was very disorganized, as the interviewers alternated questions seemingly randomly, and were unclear at times. There was no technical aspect of the interview.
