Interview
1 vague phone interview, 1 detailed in-person interview. they ask the typical lame behavioral questions, such as "Tell me a time in which you were at work and had a difficult customer to deal with. What happened and how did you handle the situation?" Then they ask 4-5 pharmacy questions such as, "What is the generic name for Xanax?" and, "If a doctor writes a script for 120 tablets and to take 2 a day, what is the days supply?"

First you apply for the job. If they like the resume enough then you'll take a personality assessment and when they get those results if they are to standards you'll get a call back for an interview. Before interviewing they test your typing skills, if your typing meets standards they will have you interview with a group of 3. After you accept and they decide they like you then you've got a drug test. And finally you're golden!

Interview
The hiring process was pretty painful because of the the behavioral questions. I don't think the hiring should be based only off of how well someone can tell a story. It should be based on both how well someone answers the behavior questions as well as regular interview questions.
