I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Bensalem, PA) in Sep 2008
Interview
I applied online like any other person with not that many skills really I could just type fast and was pretty accurate when it came to information checking. They called me in for an interview went to the interview in formal attire. They gave me a typing test to take you had to be greater than 25 or 30 W/min. Meet with an HR recruiter that talked about the company. Few questions nothing very difficult or demanding. Then I got the Job.

Interview
First you apply for the job. If they like the resume enough then you'll take a personality assessment and when they get those results if they are to standards you'll get a call back for an interview. Before interviewing they test your typing skills, if your typing meets standards they will have you interview with a group of 3. After you accept and they decide they like you then you've got a drug test. And finally you're golden!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2014
Interview
The hiring process was pretty painful because of the the behavioral questions. I don't think the hiring should be based only off of how well someone can tell a story. It should be based on both how well someone answers the behavior questions as well as regular interview questions.
