Interview
Online tests, followed by a quick phone interview with HR. Got invited to Fawley for a face-to-face interview, which lasted about an hour, focused mainly on competencies. Last stage was a full day assessment centre in Southampton. It involved a case study, a presentation and another, more technically focused interview.

Interview
Interviewer asked a lot of technical questions and most of them are about the contents of your resume. The session was quite relax so dont be so nervous. They will ask you in detail about your answer to see your confidence and how deep you understand it.

1st round - Aptitude Test - Quant, Verbal and Logical.
2nd round - Group Discussion on current topics.
3rd round - Interview both HR and Technical.
4th round - Interview in Bangalore office.
