FADEL interview questions

4 steps in total - Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager + Business Analyst, Senior Manager. Overall process was more than a month, the first two interviews were just introductions, then they asked me to read a book about Rights Management and make a presentation for it which I presented on the 3rd interview. I did not make it to the last round because I was told they will not be opening the position?!?! However they asked me to send them the presentation via email ( it was a pretty good one as I put a lot of effort into it). Wasted a lot of time, the interviewer kept asking me questions that were not listed as requirements for the role, e.g. Do you have any Accounting experience? Overall I had a very negative experience with the company and I don't understand why they would make people go through such a heavy process when they are not sure the role will even exist.

The interviewers ask a lot of questions with regards to technologies and processes they use which is good so you know what kind of tasks you will be working on when you get there. The HR interview is also good, simple and straightforward.
