I applied through First Tech website. Received an analysis test/request from upper management to complete before an actual interview. I completed the analysis and HR contacted me later on to set up a phone interview.
Phone interview was high level more general questions related to experience and desire for the position.
Next interview was with department VP and various program managers and the questions were more specific to data analysis, my experience, and scenario based questions. Due to weather my interview was conducted through Webex using the camera and microphone on my laptop.
