Process: -Applied online via company website. -I was contacted within a few days of applying for a phone screen interview with HR. -Phone interview with HR was conducted 6 days later (post applying). I was told I would hear from the hiring manager in the next week or so regarding next steps. I did not hear from the hiring manager and after about 2 weeks reached back out to the HR contact. About a week later I got a response that she was checking in with the hiring manager. -About 2 weeks later I sent another note to the HR contact but did never hear back. The above occurred over a month or so and I have not heard anything additional since. The engagement during interviews has been good, on phone and in person with this company (interviewed for another position earlier in 2017) but the follow up post interviews (regardless of where in the process) has not been as good as I would expect. Providing updates/status if someone is still in the running, or letting them know they are no longer being considered is something potential candidates greatly appreciate. Not getting that after nearly 3 months is disappointing.
