Quick and easy, friendly staff. One phone call from the recruiter, who then passes your information along to the Branch Manager if you pass their phone call and then you interview with the branch manager. Now when you have an interview, you have to pass the phone call and then an interview with the branch manager AND THEN you have to interview with the regional manager.
