Initially phone interviewed by their Recruiter. Standard questions, took around 1/2 hour. I was told I would be contacted by someone from that department if they were interested. Second phone interview was from Manager in Department. Took about 20 minutes and was invited for a face to face interview. I found the actual Interview to be somewhat informal. I felt like the person interviewing me was distracted so I was not surprised by when I wasn't offered a position. The questions were standard - Are you a fast worker? Tell me about a time where you had to tell a client something difficult. Why First Tech?
