First Tech Federal Credit Union Member Solutions interview questions

Applied online, took a couple weeks and did follow up with the recruiter. Did a interview with the branch manager which went well. Interview was short, probably 45 minutes but 25 minutes they were done asking questions and the next 20 minutes I asked them question about sales goals, culture and such. Called me back and set up another interview with the district manager which was also short but went well. Once again most of the time was me asking them questions. After about a week got a call from the HR and offered the job.
